Cancellation Policy: 

You may cancel your order up until the moment production begins. Because we are a small business and each set is made to order, once your photos have been printed or your order has entered the production queue, we are no longer able to cancel it.

The sooner you reach out with a cancellation request, the more likely we’ll be able to accommodate it.

During high-volume periods—including holidays, viral moments, or large order waves—our processing times may shift. If the updated timeline no longer meets your needs, please contact us right away to request a cancellation.

Please allow a little time for us to reply and confirm whether your order can still be canceled. Your request will be honored based on the timestamp we received it, as long as production has not yet started.

 

Return Policy:

At Fridge Famous, every order is made with care — because your memories matter. I want you to love your magnets as much as I loved making them!

If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 30 days of receiving it so I can make it right. Returns and replacements are accepted if there’s an issue with your order (such as damage, a printing error, or missing items).

Simply send a message with your order details and a quick description (or photo) of the issue, and I'll take it from there. Whether that means a reprint, replacement, or refund, I’ll do whatever it takes to make it right — guaranteed.

Because each set is custom-made, I'm unable to accept returns for reasons such as you changing your mind. But if you ever have a question before ordering, we’re always happy to help!
